Next Level Constructors is a heavy civil construction company specializing in complex, high-elevation,
and high-precision earthwork and utility projects across the Mountain West. Built on reliability, skill, and

project owners throughout the entire process to help them save money and build value into their

In 2025, our teams completed a wide range of demanding projects, including roadway construction and
major mountain earthwork for Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Morgan, Utah, where we built new ski runs and
shaped terrain to professional-grade standards. We also supported CVE with utility trench excavation
and backfill, meeting strict productivity, safety, and inspection requirements.
Our crews have worked extensively throughout Summit County, including sewer line installation for
Oakland Construction in Park City, performing deep utility work in challenging soil and winter
conditions. Beyond Utah, our experience extends into the Rockies, where our team executed concrete
paving replacement atop the Aspen Highlands Ski Area in Colorado, delivering precision work at high
elevation and in tight weather windows.
In addition to heavy civil construction, we are also involved in design and entitlement support for D.R.
Horton on a subdivision project in Garland, Utah. This role demonstrates our ability not only to build
projects, but also to help shape them from concept through approval, adding value early in the
development process.

gained while working with some of the largest construction companies in the United States. This depth
